Privacy notice for SessionBuddie.

This page explains the privacy and transactional-email posture for the public SessionBuddie service at sessionbuddie.com.

What SessionBuddie handles

SessionBuddie supports clinician-controlled sessions, account access, scheduling, patient invitations, and session telemetry. The product is designed for clinicians and organizations that need a structured workflow around live visits and follow-up.

Information used to operate the service

The service may process account profile details, organization membership, appointment and session records, patient invite metadata, authentication activity, billing state, and operational telemetry needed to run, secure, debug, and improve the product.

Transactional email

SessionBuddie sends transactional emails for account recovery, appointment scheduling changes, reminders, session access, and service operations. These messages are sent only in response to product activity or account-related events, not purchased lists or marketing campaigns.

Security and retention posture

Operational access is limited to the systems and people needed to run the service. Diagnostic evidence should be redacted before it is stored in reports, support tickets, or engineering notes. Records are retained only as needed for product operation, legal obligations, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

Contact and requests

Questions about privacy, account data, transactional email, or support requests can be sent to support@sessionbuddie.com. Users should avoid sending sensitive clinical details by email unless a separate secure support process has been arranged.

Transactional email scope

SessionBuddie uses no-reply@sessionbuddie.com for service messages and support@sessionbuddie.com for replies and support requests. For delivery concerns, account help, or privacy questions, use the public support page.
